Class Descriptions:

LUNCH CRUNCH: A full body high intensity workout. Come in anytime during class and leave when you need. Doesn’t matter is you have an 1/2 hour, 45 mins or the full hour. Get your workout in on your lunch break. No excuses!                                     (WILL ONLY RUN IF 5 PEOPLE MIN REGISTERED)

POWER HOUR:  Bootcamp style class, with a functional mobility twist. It will leave you vibrating from the inside out and burning fat for hours. Deep core conditioning and overall stability! Will be using very minimal equipment, but throwing in some Kettle bell and TRX to mix it up! Start with the week off right- 8 week session.

POWER-FLOW: This powerful, energetic vinyasa flow class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. Power flow will torch calories, tone, strengthen and detox the body, clear the mind and be leaving the clients with the sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a power yoga class will challenge clients to step up to their edge and unlock the hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power. Baron Baptise, this style of yoga combine elements of classical yoga, Ashtanga, Iynegar and Bikram yoga to build a practice that brings personal transformation in body, mind, and soul.

YOGA 9:30am: Taught by Pam or Rejeanne will be either Yin, Restorative, Flow or a combination of them all J

HOTCORE: is a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. NOTE: Bring socks with you to class. Sculpt is a HIIT style workout, consisting of 40 second high intensity intervals, followed by 20 second low intensity yoga asanas…totaling 24 minutes. We focus on creating long, lean body tone, while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state. Burn maximum body fat and increase your metabolism for up to 36 hours afterwards. Get in and get it done!

BUTI YOGA: is a movement practice that fuses power yoga with tribal dance, primal movement, and plyometrics. Created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga uses the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Buti challenges the body along all the planes of motion, creating long, lean muscles with sexy, feminine curves. Buti Yoga sculpts muscles while the body is in an optimal fat burning zone, using power yoga flow as an active recovery and muscle lengthening tool.

YIN: Want to increase your range of motion and help stimulate your ligaments, tendons & bones and relax? Then this is the class for you

TRX/ INTERVALS: A combination of TRX strengthening with cardio blasts keeping alignment and stability principles to target the best overall results!

POWER YOGA: Is a rigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating!

HATHA FUSION: A blend of Hatha Yoga, Pilates, and fitness weight conditioning. This class will focus on increasing your flexibility, balance, and strength, while allowing you to experience mind and body awareness. No previous experience required.

TRX-BOOT CAMP: A revolutionary new workout using the TRX suspension system. This Boot camp is guaranteed to help you tone up, lose weight, and define your whole body from head to toe, with particular focus on core strength.

FLOW YOGA: Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

KETTLEBELLS: A fun, energetic, and quick-moving conditioning class aimed at utilizing both basic and challenging kettlebell moves. Start with a dynamic warm-up, and move into full-body fun. Classes will challenge major muscle groups, build coordination and stability, with core integration exercises. With a HIIT style format, TRXs, tubing, and body weight, you will be sure to get your heart rate up. Just remember, nobody ever drowned in sweat!

STRENGH & STRECH: Free weight, plyometric and suspension training workouts designed to help you be your strongest self yet. Building full body strength while working on your flexibility using your full range of motion, for total muscle health.  Focus on your strength and feel great doing it.

KETTLE/TRX: Agatsu Certified, We are going to PUSH PULL PRESS AND SWING OUR BODIES INTO SPRING AND INTO A FIT HEALTHY BODY! Combination old ancient POWER LIFTING MOVES with the speed and coordination and three dimensional body weight training of the TRX we are going to build some kick butt strong healthy bodies! RESTORATIVE: Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and the mind. Gentle movement that seeks to capture physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Props are very useful. Bolsters are great or a pillow from home also works. Blankets are helpful for extra cushioning, propping or covering up with during Savasana.
